The Executive Director, Kim Donadio, has an open door policy, meaning you can contact her at anytime 24/7; however please use good judgement and respect. If it is not an emergent issue, please contact her during normal business hours. Members should always contact contact 211 for locating resources nearest to them. All email verification sent to our business email address. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive either notification by email or Facebook. If you have any questions, let us know. We do not collect social security numbers. Please do not send.
Members can pick up donations only if verified by a Helping Hands Director or as directed – Send DHR /DSS approval letter to HelpHandsofAmerica@gmailhope.com

You are assuming all risks associated with willingly accepting donations. We are not liable; however, safety & security of members and families is paramount. Any issues will be reported to the proper authorities. It is not permitted to make deliveries directly at personal homes. Drop offs and pickups should be in public places during the day at the fire or police department. No one is permitted in your car. Volunteers shall be 18 or over. We cannot assist members in a state approved drug program. Members will be screened prior to receiving donations and will receive help under specific criteria protocol to ensure equality.
